Chickpeas is more than a restaurant — it’s a dream brought to life.
Our story begins in Morocco, where our founder Haddi grew up in a home filled with rich spices, sizzling pans, and
the laughter of shared meals. From an early age, Haddi was drawn to the kitchen, watching and learning as his
family passed down generations of recipes. His dream was simple but powerful: to become a chef and one day
share those flavors with the world.
When he arrived in America, that dream didn’t fade — it grew stronger. Haddi knew he had something special to
offer: real food made with soul, rooted in tradition but crafted for today. Chickpeas was born from that vision.
Here, every dish is a reflection of Haddi’s journey — grilled meats, roasted vegetables, bright herbs, bold sauces,
and the comforting staples of Mediterranean cuisine. We prepare every plate with care, integrity, and the same love
that filled Haddi’s childhood kitchen.
